We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the moment your order is placed.

  • If you change your mind, you must contact us within 24 hours to request a full refund.
  • Once this 24-hour window has passed, your order enters our processing and fulfillment stage, and it can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

If your order has already been processed, packaged, or handed over to our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, or USPS) before we receive your cancellation request, we cannot stop the shipment.

  • In this case, you will need to receive the package and follow our Return & Refund Policy to send the item back for a refund.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returns due to "customer remorse" are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window:

  • We will issue a 100% full refund, including any taxes paid.
  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).
  • Please allow up to 10 business days (Mon to Fri) for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Address Changes After 24 Hours

Similar to cancellations, requests to change the shipping address must be made within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot reroute or change the destination address once the order is in the dispatch phase.

6. Cancellation by Proclippershop

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Fraud Prevention: If our security system flags an order as high-risk or fraudulent.
  • Stock Availability: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase.
  • Pricing Errors: If a product was listed with an incorrect price due to a technical error. In all such cases, you will be notified immediately via email and issued a full refund.

We do not knowingly process orders from minors. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has placed an unauthorized order, please contact us within the 24-hour window so we can cancel the transaction and protect your privacy and security.
