Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 calendar days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or return.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and trackable return process, please follow the steps below:

Contact Our Support Team Send an email to contact@proclippershop.com within the 30 calendar days return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. For defective or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the product and the shipping label.

Return Request Review Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days to confirm if the item meets our eligibility requirements.

Receive Return Authorization & Label Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions:

  • For Defective/Incorrect Items: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • For Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our support team during the authorization process. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

Inspection & Refund Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Mon-Fri) back to your original payment method.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Methods

Returns are typically handled via trackable mail services (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item), ProClippershop will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for returning the item.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full product price refund if the return meets our eligibility requirements.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days (Mon to Fri).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@proclippershop.com

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the damage and the shipping label to expedite the process.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you must wait to receive the item and then follow our return process.

Lost Parcel Policy

If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
