All orders require 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) to be properly verified, quality-checked, packed, and handed over to our courier partners. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be queued for processing on the following business day.

Tracking Information

Once your package is handed over to the courier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time on our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number provided within the post-purchase email and paste it into the tracking tab. Packaging & Order Protection

Every item is rigorously inspected and securely packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. All shipments are fully insured against loss or severe damage while in the courier's possession.

Shipping Origin & Couriers

Orders are shipped from our partnered fulfillment facilities located in the United States to ensure fast delivery for US customers. To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, or other equivalent logistics providers.

Address Accuracy & Verification

Customers must provide a complete, valid, and accurate shipping address at checkout (including apartment or suite numbers). We utilize verification software to check addresses, but we cannot be held responsible for misdelivery resulting from customer input errors.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, you may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund by contacting us at contact@proclippershop.com. Once the 24-hour window has passed or the order has entered the dispatch phase, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return process.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your delivery address, you must contact us at contact@proclippershop.com within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot reroute packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing parts, or contains incorrect items, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery timestamp. Please include clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a formal trace with the courier to locate your package. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

VAT, Taxes & Import Fees

We are committed to full pricing transparency. For all orders shipped to the United States, we ensure that there are no hidden customs fees or additional import duties upon delivery. The total price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay. Any applicable sales tax will be clearly calculated and shown during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
